Mexican Fudge

We’re currently visiting relatives in Tucson for some much needed R&R. I usually do not post recipes I haven’t personally eaten and enjoyed but my aunt swears by this recipe. She is a ‘five ingredients or less’ kind of cook.

This is definitely not my typical concoction, but hey, it has calcium, protein, vitamin B12, and Vitamin C so it can’t be too bad, right? 🙂


2  80z shredded cheddar cheese

2  8oz shredded Monteray Jack cheese

4 oz diced green chile

3 eggs, beaten

Mix ingredients together and pour into an 8×8 glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Slice and serve.
